We're currently working with the vendor to solve these quality issues. We understand these problems with two of our punches pose issues for and your customers. Please be assured that we are doing all we can to solve this problem as soon as possible.
We also understand the Ornament Punch is part of the ABCs of the Perfect Handmade Holiday promotion. The following bundles will be affected by this issue and will not be available for ordering:

· Tags 'til Christmas Bundle 2 (French w-124480; c-124479)
At this time, we encourage you to promote the Tags 'til Christmas Bundle 1 and other bundles that are part of this promotion with your customers.
